Electrical CAD Designer
Details: Create schematics, wiring diagrams and other CAD drawings. PCB layout of high reliability, multi-layer printed circuit boards. Create and maintain ECAD part library of footprints and symbols. Detailed documentation of printed circuit board assemblies, including but not limited to fab drawings, assembly drawings and notes, bill of materials, engineering change notes, release notes, procedures, manuals. Participate in cross-disciplinary design reviews between engineering, manufacturing, and sustaining to implement best practices in engineering development. Component selection, qualification for engineering bill of materials. Communicate clearly and openly to peers and supervisor on work progress. Oversee, follow up, and track manufacturing of printed circuit board assemblies and other electrical equipment.
