Details: The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) works in collaboration with customers and other team members as needed to clarify customer requirements and expectations, and respond to customer concerns related to all instructional aspects of the courseware design and development. Works closely with SIS&T technical architects, system and network engineers, database designers and administrators, and functional organization users and clients to determine the best systems solutions. Participates in the design and code reviews to ensure clear interpretation of requirements and highest quality of application development. Responsible for technical analysis, design, and implementation of complex n-tier information systems. In collaboration with the software and database architects responsible for the technical research and prototyping of application architectures and reusable frameworks. Works with architects, software engineers, and technical staff in refining, expanding and promoting integration standards, templates, models, patterns, best practices and guidelines for the development of distributed, web-based, service-oriented applications. Participates in software engineering process improvements. Leads and participates in multiple projects and initiatives, including large cross-functional and cross-organizational mission critical projects. Collaborates with domain experts and managers on project completion statuses and future project scheduling. Participates in or provides technical training.

Details: IT PRODUCT OWNER (SCRUM)Our Corporate Application Development Team is looking for an experienced application product owner, with SCRUM experience, to join our growing application development team which develops and maintains our business critical applications that facilitate our ability be a leading provider of blue collar workers throughout North America.In this newly defined role, the Product Owner will manage the product backlog (including defects and change requests) for all internally developed applications - working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize backlog items so that software solutions effectively address user needs while maintaining quality and technical integrity. The Product Owner will work closely with our Scrum teams and Scrum Master, directing project and product timelines to ensure effective delivery of services to support business units' objects and goals. You will be joining a team of highly skilled software developers, and test engineers working in a Scrum agile software development environment.
