Details: The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) works in collaboration with customers and other team members as needed to clarify customer requirements and expectations, and respond to customer concerns related to all instructional aspects of the courseware design and development. In addition, the ISD works with the Project Manager to define project scope, recommend deliverables as well as activities and resources required to accomplish each task.Using Instructional System Design principles and/or Human Performance Technology (HPT) methodologies, the ISD conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives for courseware.
