The first task of this role will be to help update prototype design information developed by Scaled Composites and compile designs into a standardized format by reviewing prototype build notes and redlines. Details: Component Integration Stratford, CT 1 Year Contract The candidate will be required to possess a DOD Secret clearance. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 2000 hours CATIA V4/V5 design experience as well as 5 to 10 years experience in an aerospace design/manufacturing environment (incuding wire harness routing, equipment design, and associated installation design). Assignments in the Component and Harness Installation Section require knowledge of electrical/mechanical drafting practices, geometric tolerancing, engineering mathematics, manufacturing practices, as well as the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
