The Contracts Administrator works to provide seamless and timely support for these two diverse functions. Key responsibilities include Contracts review, routing and processing. This position requires the ability to deal effectively with a large extended team; work well under pressure and manage the variability of work volume. Other key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): playbook and process development; data input and management; and providing excellent customer service while maintaining and improving the value CBRE provides to Microsoft.Review RE&F contracts to ensure Microsoft's standard terms and conditions are met and route for approvalTrack routed contractsReceive fully executed contracts, track contract information in internal database (Access Contracts Log); scan, store and archive original copies; and send vendors their originals.Create entries for all contracts in database softwareComprehend all RE&F D&C Contract types, forms and usages and assist construction managers in form choice and other contract related questionsAssist in monitoring the RE&F Contracts alias and respond to contract status inquiries in a timely mannerAssist in Contracts Training to client and/or 3rd PartyParticipate in team meetings and assisting in the preparation of individual annual goalsAttend seminars/training courses as requiredParticipate in team meetingsServe as backup for Card Keys Administrative AssistantOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:This position requires an understanding of the contract management process with high attention to details.
